CODES OF CONDUCT

U.S. Elite Youth Sports requires all spectators, parents, coaches, and players to abide by the U.S. Elite Code of Conduct regardless of the type of event or where that event takes place. U.S. Elite Youth Sports representatives, officials, and employee will enforce the Code of Conduct and may eject any spectators, parents, coaches, and players from any U.S. Elite event at their discretion. U.S. Elite Youth Sports reserves the right to terminate the participation of any player and/or refuse future registration to any player for a violation of the U.S. Elite code of conduct at any time.

cOACH'S CODE OF CONDUCT

I pledge to embrace the U.S. Elite focus on youth sports and:

  • I will treat every player as an individual and will work to develop their skills and build their confidence.
  • I will place the physical and emotional well-being of all players ahead of my personal desire to win.
  • I will play within the spirit of the game, and will not manipulate the rules to try to win.
  • I will provide a positive and safe sports environment for my players and team.
  • I will work to ensure every player has the opportunity to be a playmaker by enforcing fair playing time for all players, regardless of skill level and/or experience.
  • I will use coaching techniques that are appropriate for the skills that I teach and the players that I coach.
  • I will not quit on my team.

  • I will remember that I am a youth sports coach and will keep my focus on keeping the game fun for the kids.
  • I will respect the opposing coaches and direct all game and rule concerns to the officials.
  • I will treat the officials with respect. Like me, they are human, they make mistakes.
  • I will lead by example in demonstrating fair play and good sportsmanship to my players and parents.
  • I will do my best to hold practices that are challenging and fun for all my players.
  • I will assist the U.S. Elite Youth Sports staff by enforcing Game Day conduct expectations for my players and sidelines.
  • I will not quit on my players.
